At WØN, all designers are trained and certified jewellery designers. We only use quality materials from certified dealers. This means that our materials, among other things, come from goldsmiths of the highest quality. We can therefore guarantee that the quality of the products is top notch, based on the best materials such as 925 sterling silver, recycled gold and precious stones of ethical origin.

At WØN, we produce all jewellery locally in our own workshop with our own hands, and therefore avoid mass production from poor social and environmental conditions. In addition, we use almost exclusively recycled gold and 925 sterling silver, AAA quality gemstones and ethically sourced diamonds.

If you find it difficult to view sizes and styling on the webshop, you can visit our physical store at Frederiksberg Allé 37, kl th, 1820 Frederiksberg. Here you can both try on our jewellery and get help with the perfect size.

We grant the right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing, not wear and tear or self-inflicted damage.

Our right of complaint does not apply to damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

Day to day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 on all weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend are delivered from the first working day of the following week.

*Order items - Estimated delivery time varies between 2-8 weeks from order date to delivery date.

All our suppliers will follow up your order with a Track & Trace update sent to your email as soon as we have packed and delivered your order.

We offer a 14-day return and 30-day exchange for all orders placed after receipt.
